Crashing landing in Orange County nine years ago from the colds of Alaska, to say I wasn't prepared is an understatement. After attending fashion school in LA, working in a variety of industries and soaking up all the knowledge I could, I'm now a passionate content creator, health and wellness advocate, and part of an amazing network of creative individuals who are shaping media and messaging in health, wellness, recovery, food, and innovative products. During my seven years in marketing, it's the people I've met and the relationships I've created that continually empower me to say yes to the juicy goodness that the universe has to offer.
